0 David Posted November 20, 2014 Report Share Posted November 20, 2014 You need to enchant four items (head, chest, neck, finger slots) with fortify alteration with a -25% casting cost effect. To get the maximum effect, you'll need to have 100 enchanting with the proper perks: Enchanter (x5) and Insightful enchanter. Ideally you will completely fill the middle branch of the enchanting perk tree so you can also have an additional enchantment effect. After you have all of the above, you can use a grand soul gem to enchant your armor to get 0 spell cost. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
