Is it possible to reuse a character when starting a new game?

I'd like to start a new game on Skyrim and reuse my very first character. I don't care about stats or inventory, just her face/sliders.

 

I play on the Xbox 360. Is there a way to view her sliders even though I've already beaten the game with her, and never took pictures during the creation process? Or can I reset her entire playthrough?

Galathil, a bosmer in the Ragged Flagon (Riften), will change your appearance for 1,000 gold. I haven't done it in awhile, but there's a high probability that the game will bring up your character's existing sliders when you do this. After that it's just a matter of writing them down.

No it is not possible, you cannot put your old character into your new game. Im sorry.
