I heard you can have max speech by talking to this dude at Riften named Ungrien and clicking 'persuade' and do it unlimited times until you hit 100 on speech but it doesn't have an option for me to 'persuade' him. I clicked everything and all it says is: "What have you got for sale?" And "What makes Black-Briar Mead so special?" I tried both but none of them have the option to 'persuade'. I mean, it used to. A long time ago but I forgot what he said since I haven't played in awhile. Is it normal for it to disappear? Because I read on GameFAQs that the option to persuade will always be there. Please help. Thank you!
