Switching back into 1st person mode

So I'm stuck in 3rd person mode and can't switch back to 1st person mode. I have switched the key binds (xbox) around and it's not that the button is not working, no matter what button I assign the viewpoint won't shift. I'm stuck in 3rd person view no matter what I do

I've only heard of this happening after returning to your normal form after being a werewolf. Could that be the cause? If so, try to become a werewolf again and then revert back.
