Guest Thebirdman2021
I'm running ESO on my Changhong 50" LED 1080p TV and for some reason my resolutions won't go past 1280 x 760.Everytime I try to change it to 1080p or anything higher than 1280p it simply doesn't save. I know this is not a technical support forum, but has anyone else experienced this problem and could shed some light on how I can fix it? Guest Zaurius
I'm having same problem . Pending ticket but so far nothing. Are you using windows 7 or nvidias GeForce experience also?
Guest theSMOOF
I'm running a GTX 660ti, Windows 8.1 Pro with the latest driver from the Geforce Experience. Using a 47" LG LED TV as my display. Same exact issue.
Guest Selva Cil
I had the same problem. It seems that the ingame resolution can only match the desktop resolution . I changed my desktop res to from 1280 x 720 to 1920 x 1080 and then set the ingame res to 1920 x 1080. This solved my problem. Not ideal but at least it works. Hope this helps. Guest Zaurius
I found a fix for mine... the user DPI was set to 150% (makes the icons on desktop larger... which I needed since I am using a projector on a 160" wall/screen). This was also a problem in D3 as it prevented the mouse curser to appear... hope it helps others.
Guest Tyler
Thank you so much Zaurius!!! My DPI was unknowingly set to larger for my TV. I turned it down two settings and BAM 1440p in game. It defaulted to my desktop resolution i believe, but in the resolution box in game its just a black box. I'm not understanding why this is a launch issue considering this was non_existent in the beta version. Bless you Zaurius, back to ESO! Guest TimmmieT
Thanks Zaurius, Almost deleted the elder scrolls online from my pc.My DPI was set to large (150%) so i can also use my 50 inch televsion for multi media. It was setting the DPI to normal (125%) that did the job for me: many, many thanks! May the gods watch over you Zaurius. Best regards to you all
