Batto
Can u use Fiery Grip/Teleport Strike on higher ground to teleport there or hook someone down? does it work in pvp(especially on keepwalls) and/or in pve ? are there other skills which can get u up or others down? BigSteel
You can teleport up to a player within range, Im sure of that.
Francis
There was a PVP video I found that showed someone being pulled down from a keep wall. I don't know if it can pull people up though.
FunkheaD
I've used it to pull people off walls but I don't believe it can be used to pull people on top of physics they could not jump to. (i.e. you can jump from a wall but not onto a wall). It's a great utility skill, extremely fun to play with, certainly a defining skill that has me almost wanting to choose a DK! I have however stuck with a Sorcerer because I'm a coward and bolt escape seems like fun.
Yaije
After using Teleport strike to jump gaps/ledges I'd imagine you can pull people up/over them. And since I was able to come up short at times (and fall)... I would expect the same thing possible with the chain effect.
FunkheaD
It turns out that you can use chains to yank people onto a wall. We've seen a few traitors pull squads off enemy factioners onto a wall. I suspect some form of fix/deterrent will be incoming.
DanGer
As seen on reddit, staff is aware of that Problem and will fix it.
