Everything works but vision goes away?

Vision goes away? I can interact with the world but I can't see? Help is most appreciated here. After like a few minutes, a weird thing that occurs (before turning into a werewolf sort of thing) and my vision just fades away to darkness... But I can still run and talk etc? HELP.

Are you using a PS3/360/PC? If I'm reading correctly, you screen just turns completely black, correct? Also, can you clarify this:

Does this happen a few minutes after starting to play the game, or as you're transforming into a Werewolf? I suppose what I'm asking is what are you doing to trigger this right before it happens.
