restarting quest or how to solve

a dragon attacked me during the college at winterhold tour quest and the person giving the tour wont complete the tour. she walks around how she would normally but when i try talking to her she says she'll talk to me after the tour. so how could i restart this or get her to actually take me around?i have no idea how back it was when this happened i forgot all about it until i looked back at my old quests.

If you go into the Hall of Elements in the college, Tolfdir should begin giving his lecture; this should complete the tour regardless of if it was interrupted before. After that the quests should continue normally.
