Quest Help: Revealing the Unseen

For some reason my game must be glitching out. I can't complete this quest for the College of Winterhold. I have found Mzulft and the Synod researcher lying inside, however, when I speak to him he responds with the standard non-conversational NPC one word quotes. "Hi", "Hey there.", "Anything I can do for you?"PLEASE HELP!

I'm assuming you mean the quest "Revealing the Unseen"?

I know it's a pretty buggy quest. Can you provide the following details?

[*]What, specifically, is the name of the NPC? Gavros Plinius, correct? Just trying to make sure we're on the same page.

[*]What console do you use? (360/PS3/PC)

[*]Do you have the most recent patch? I believe 1.5 is current.

Before anything else I would try leaving and re-entering Mzulft. Sometimes Gravos bugs out like that and re-entering can fix it.
