Can u kill every vampire hunter in fort dawnguard?

Ok i completed the war, i was with the imperialsAnd killed ulfric and the stormcloaks.Before all that happened i could'nt find the guard To activate (blood on the ice) Now the new jarl makes me his thane, i perchased the house. As soon as i go inside my new house in windhelm the quest activates. I sold the amulet, then it tells me to follow up on the clues. The quest stopes right there im stuck,I went to all of the ppl and they are not telling meNothing at all. What do i do?

Once i completed all off the vampire questsAnd kill harkon can i start the vampire hunters quests with all of my recent gifts. For example (vampire lord) (vampire sudiction) ect.. Oh and ariels bow & (bloodcursed elven arrows). Can i go undercover lol?

Serana is by the dock out side castle valkhiar. I cant proceed because serana keeps on say(well i just dont bring anyone to my secret areasGet rid of this interloper and you and i can be on are way) soo im stuck there. Must of my fellow followers died. I waited 3days. Ive done most of the tip i found in some other websites i had NO luck with that either. So ppl any other tips i can read?
