Ya, so many fire abilities and anti-undead / daedra. I am thinking possibly 2 handed offtank with the abilities Momentum , Molten weapons, critiical charge , Dragon blood, Drain essence and Devouring swarm ULT. I heard that they nerfed HEALTH from adding 20 points per skill point to 15 which is good. I guess it was making it so putting all points into LIFE was a better option because overcharing HEALTH added more in the long run than the other attributes. I probably will still go all health like most lvl 50s are doing but I will see how it is at launch and when I get to high lvls like everyone else.

If you play as a Dragon Knight Vampire you get. Dragon Blood Heal 27% of missing health. +40% health regeneration for 20 seconds. And now if you have Blood Altar morphed into Sanguine Altar from the Undaunted skill line you now have + 80% Health regen which means you now went from the -75% penalty to +5% Health regen. If Blood altar morphed wont work for you then just have a friend who has the ability and now it will effect you because you are not the one who placed it or you can also get the health regen passives that Dragon Knights , Heavy armor and vampires skill trees give later on. Of course again questing and doing whatever with another vampire friend would be best so you can buff eachother all the time ( No Homo ) haha. I imagine you could get fire resist enchants. I plan on going NORD personally, just personal choice. Dark Elf would probably be all around best choice. This build Idea could be not so good also if they end up changing things but I have a feeling Zenimax wanted people who play vampires to figure out stuff like this anyway, I mean Dragon Blood morphs into COAGULATING BLOOD!! and blood altar morphs into SANGUINE ALTAR!! haha so I feel like it was ment to be. I feel like its a vampires way of carrying lunchboxes and blood packs around instead of needing body farms aka THRALLS!! ha. Things could of already changed for all I know tho. I feel like it wont be nerfed or anything because its more of a PVE fun thing not so good in PVP because you cant place down Sanguine altar and hope to recover too much health very well when being ran over by an army of enemy players and it only brings you up to about on par with non-vampire health regeneration. Should be fun tho.

After looking into the Dragon Knight I realized if the info is correct on skills and isnt changed much on release that if you plan on making a vampire then Dragon Knight is a huge advantage. " Dragon blood " Heal 27% of missing health.+40% health regeneration for 20 seconds This with the morphed Blood Altar from Undaunted skill line means No penalty now on health regeneration for vampires which means you never have to feed as a vampire again and you get to keep the -60% magicka cost for vampire abilities without a penalty. If morphed into Sanguine Altar does not work and only buffs ally health regen than you can still get passives from heavy armor and vamp passives to increase health regen if needed and Dragon knight has a passive to increase health regen also haha.

Ah crap..... I guess me wanting be OP was just a dream.... Thanks haha

This is personally my Templar build. Basicly a holy vampire. " The Abel Nightroad build" from the JAPANESE ANIME " Trinity Blood " THE TEMPLAR VAMPIRE!! ( -60% cost for magicka ablities stage 4 vampirism ) ( ALL STATS GO INTO HEALTH ) ( TWO HANDED WEAPON REQUIRED and ALL HEAVY ARMOR ) Not possitive on all morph options yet. 1:Focused Charge - morphed into Explosive Charge - Charge toward target enemy. Casting targets are interrupted and unbalanced for 5 seconds dealing damage and Immobilizes target for 0.5 seconds and does AOE damage. ( Magicka Ability ) 2: Rally - Gain +10% attack damage and another 2% every 2 second for 20 seconds when effect end you are healed. ( Stamina ability ) 3: Cleave - morphed into Brawler - Deal physical and bleed damage to all enemies. which then gives you a damage absorbing shield that scales with number of targets hit. ( Stamina ability ) 4: Sun Shield - Create a shield that absorbs damage up to 24% of your maximum health for 6 seconds. ( Magicka Ability ) 5: Bone shield - morphed into Spiked bone - Gain +20% armor for 10-20 seconds Melee enemies recieve damage back. ( Magicka Ability ) ULTIMATE : Devouring Swarm - Summon a swarm of bats that surround you and deal magic damage to enemies per second for 5 seconds which drain health from every target. Take what ever you want from it of course. It is a 2 handed DPS/ TANK berserker build for PVE pretty much. Could be decent in PVP if the charge is changed to stun version.

Here is a fun Nightblade vampire tank build possibly the best tank build also because of the healing abillity. At stage 4 vampirism Magicka abilities cost 60% less!!!! and my Stamina abilites do not need to be used very often so it will revcover in time. Momentum used once every 20 seconds and Cleave once or twice in a fight most likely. This build is awsome because of the healing and damage and you can just go beserk on people. it also works with PURE HEALTH!!!! thats right no points needed in Stamina or Magicka!!!! When you lvl you gain magicka and stamina by default anyway and with the vampire passive at stage 4 vampirism you will be more than fine. Also vampires have a passive where it negates lots of dammage when you are at low life 30% I think. I prefer Nord as my race for health boost and resistance and I plan on wearing full plate armor and btw the -75% health regneration at stage 4 vampirism wont matter because of the healing abillities you have are instant not over time or health regeneration abilities, 1: ( 2 handed ability ) Cleave morphed into Brawler which creates a damage absorbing shield and is increased in power by each enemy hit.( STAMINA ability ) 2: ( Nightblade ability ) Dark shades summons 2 shades that debuff the enemies damage and they do damage of course. Try and keep the minions out at all times. ( MAGICKA ability ) 3: ( 2 handed ability )Momentum morphed into Rally which causes 10% increased damage for 20 seconds and generates +2% additional damage eveyr 2 seconds 30% boost near end and when the effect ends it heals you!!.( STAMINA Ability ) 4: ( Nightblade ability ) Drain power morphed into Sap Essence heals you for all enemies hit. possibly gives a melee damage boost also still. It might just remove the aoe damage it used to do ( MAGICKA Ability ) 5: ( Nightblade ability ) Siphoning strikes morphed into leeching strikes. ( and it is a toggle ability so you dont have to press it again once it is activated, pretty much a passive )Has a chance to recover magicka and stamina by default but also restores 2% of your health with every basic attack. it does decrease your melee damage by 20% ish but with Momentum you wil get the healing effect and not suffer from the penalty so much making this ability GODLIKE!! 6: Ultimate ( Vampire Ultimate ) DEVOURING SWARM!!!! sends out blood / essence drinking bats everywhere and does good AOE damage and heals you for every enemy hit!! This build is a PVE build because it lacks chase and stun abilites. I am sure it could be modified for pvp with Shadow cloak and teleport strike of course.

I rarely died in PVP but I also do not care much about team PVP I care about 1 vs 1 and ambushing stragglers who are trying to get to a curtain point on the map. In my experience Daggerfall did not do as well on territory as the other factions. Like I said before from the PVP campaign I was doing and " From my experience " that was the case and I hope it is more balanced at launch and again key words " my experience ". But then again I don't care much about faction I just like vampires in the games and the lore. I really hope there will be some PVP toggle option in the world outside Cyrodill as well. I enjoy world pvp more than arenas / battlegrounds and yes I do have a crystal ball, haha.

Altmer Vampire Nightblade Sniper. Having the magicka passives from Altmer and Vampire will mean I can put all my points into Stamina pretty much for even bigger SNIPE bow damage, and the fact if you dont feed for days you get stage 4 vampirism and all magicka abilities cost 60% LESS!!!! I plan on going MARK TARGET + SNIPE for awesome opener damage from far away. Once the 3 second charge time on snipe is done and fired then I will use shadow cloak if needed or sneak right away so I am invisible again and then I will use SNIPE again. I have Essence drain for emergencies if people get close to me which stuns for 3 seconds and drains there resources and heals me for 150% of the damage done. for my ULTIMATE I will use Bat swarm probably morphed into the one that sends bats everywhere around you doing good AOE damage and makes you invisible for 5 seconds. The other Morph of the vampire ult heals you for targets hit but I see it more as a tank version and since the other version makes you invisible you can just go right into Shadow cloak once the ultimate is almost done and then sneak away and SNIPE them again or w/e abilities you want to use. One Vs One the SNIPER build is going to win pretty much all fights in my opinion.

I really hope they give access to Grahtwood at least. I hit lvl 15 on my Nightblade on Aldmeri Dominion and have done pretty much everything. If not I guess we can all start fresh and try some different builds. I plan on doing Aldmeri Dominion again since now I know the whole area for the most part I can quest faster and so on and know stuff. Hopefully some of the bugs were fixed / delays.
-
True. but there is a lot of exploring to do. Lots of quests that you will never get unless you go out looking for them. Some in caves and coasts and in mountains and so on. Supposedly there will be Vampire houses hidden around Tamriel. I Hope that is a legit thing. To be honest I was always a big PVP'r in MMO's but this game is making me want to enjoy all the PVE. I plan on doing PVP when I am waiting for new PVE content to be released.
-
Yes, but it is an ES game so people who like the series will most likely love to explore. As for PVP it will depend on which team has more experienced PVP players from past MMO's, which means tactics and strategy. Aldmeri Dominion and Ebonheart Pact seem to be the leaders so far in PVP and so on. This game is going to be a 2 faction game for the PVP part anyway most likely. Daggerfall is like a 3rd world nation trying to be a part of the action but is too dumb and far too weak to affect much. Hopefully I am proven wrong at launch.
-
PVP should be fun but probably wont be super popular tell a month after release because I imagine half the ESO players or more are going to want to explore all of tamriel and so forth. PVP will most likely be something people do a shit load of while waiting for new content to come out. I personally played WoW for years and only for the PVP because the pve was shitty and boring but in ESO I am actually excited for it.

From the story of Castle Volkihar and the lore behind Harkons family he was around 4000 years old or more when you kill him in SKYRIM: Dawnguard DLC. So he should be around 3000 years old in ESO. I really hope he is in the game. If he is not at launch somewhere in Skyrim I imagine he will be in a later patch for sure. It just seems weird for him not to be. Anyone who has opinions and ideas are welcome to post them of course.

Vampire and Werewolf only guilds.
Vladimir Cristo replied to Vladimir Cristo's topic in Elder Scrolls Online Discussion
Ha, I have never seen those movies and I refuse until I die, haha. I view vampirism as a way to infinite knowledge and wisdom. That is one reason I am going to make a Altmer Vampire. They fit so well together as far as they seek perfection and infinite knowledge for the most part and immortality is the best way for anyone to learn more and more. The Altmer life span of a 1000 years would seem like nothing. I am excited about Lord Harkon perhaps being in ESO considering he is over 4000 years old in Skyrim I believe. -
I plan on making a Vampire only guild with a friend of mine. I look forward to other people making guilds like these. The fact that you have to wait 7 days before turning someone really shows commitment in my opinion. Being able to choose who you turn and bring them to the ritual site will actually mean more in my opinion than just recruiting some random people. I imagine the 7 days is in-game time not a Earthly 7 days but that would be superb, Cant wait till end of March.

I plan on making Nightblade Vampire summoner. Took a while to find a build I like but got it. Shadow Cloak for escape with sneak a Must in any nightblade build. Then Summon shade morphed into Dark shades for TWO of them. Then trapped webbing morphed for the TWO black widows that last longer and do poison dammage. Then Poison Mist from Vampire skill line along with Essence Drain morphed and for the ULTIMATE Devouring Swarm. I hope the Spider wont need to be clicked on by a ally to release them.... If so I have a friend so not a big deal. Plan on going almost Pure magicka and using all light armor.
-
Stamina based Nightblade who opens with Snipe + Shadow cloak and uses the ultimate Devouring swarm for dammage at melee range and the amazing heal will be so hard to beat 1 v 1. Especially sense I have a friend who is going the same build now after talking to him about it. Double Snipers = GG on enyone.
-
My opener will be with the BOW and I will use SNIPE and possibly again and use Shadow cloak to restealth right after using it as a nightblade to get a couple snipes in and then have my vampire abilities like Poison Mist, Essence Drain / Invigorating drain, and of course the vampire ult DEVOURING SWARM. does AOE dammage and steals the life of all enemies nearby. Basicly all around good build because you are good from a far and if people pressure you in melee range you are just as deadly if not more. So yes stamina abilties will be good openers but that is about it in my opinion. You wont even need to put any points into stamina for the most part unless you like that playstyle. I think PURE HEALTH and PURE MAGICKA builds are going to dominate the game. Either go a shit ton of life or make it hard to run out of magicka and use Altmer race for the magicka perks and then 5 pieces of light armor for the magicka perks as well. Nightblade Mage Vampires will be awesome.

Pre-Order Bonus: Join Any Faction with Any Race
Vladimir Cristo replied to David's topic in Elder Scrolls Online Discussion
Most people will definatly stay the races of the original factions though. Also considering if your favorite race was a Altmer than chances are you will see a lot of them in Aldmeri dominion and so on unlike the other factions and that applies for all races. So you can choose to be any race but if you go to another faction that your race does not belong to than you will rarely see people of your race and culture there, So it still brings in the pride of the factions and wanting to be around people who have similiar goals and tastes as you. Of course when you become a high lvl you can quest in the other zones and experience them but I imagine most people will want to fit it and have that faction pride when they start out there first adventure of the game. I plan on forming a Vampire only guild so I consider it sort of a 4th faction haha but ya Aldmeri Dominion will be my starting journey.- 18 replies

NEW Werewolf, Vampire and Imperial Skills
Vladimir Cristo replied to Thal's topic in Elder Scrolls Online Discussion
Ranged vampires will be best option most likely. Snipe from the bow skill tree will be important plus having Shadow cloak to go invisible and then sneak to restealth and snipe again or use cloak just to get away from apponents. Also Morphing Mist form into Poison Mist will be awesome. I plan on being a Sniper Vampire so if people get close and I cant get them off me I will use Poison Mist for good dammage and then drain essence to get my life up and resources up to use skills more and more and of course pop my ult. Devouring swarm to deal good Aoe dammage around me and steal life from all enemies. The best vampires are going to be ranged for sure and having your magicka skills and ult as OH SHIT buttons for emergencies. I doubt anyone would lose one on one with ranged vampire builds for the most part because you have the advantage from afar and if people try to get in melee range they are pretty much even in more danger. Depending on how long the channel is or magicka cost on Poison mist is I might just spam it a crap load if being pressured while being a Altmer for the racials with light armor in every slot for the crazy magicka buffs and regenerations. If poison mist ends up having a long channel and isnt instant then ya definatly will need to figure out a replacement for it. -
Werewolves and vampires lines are out
Vladimir Cristo replied to Areodon's topic in Elder Scrolls Online Discussion
Stack a shit load of magicka and wear light armor for the perks is my best guess haha. I am wondering about the POISON MIST as well. I am probably going Bow with Snipe / auto attacks untill enemies get close to me. then use Poison mist and when half life or so. drain essence and the devouring storm healing ult as a nightblade. -
True, thanks I forgot about the once per target..... I was blinded by wishing to be OP haha. Nice Profile picture btw lmao, Good movie.

1: Shadow Cloak ( invisibilty / escape ) 2: Teleport strike ( Gap closer ) 3: Invigorating drain ( Vampire ability ) Does dammage per second and heals you for 150% dammage done and restors ULTIMATE!!! 4: Dark shades ( Summons 2 dark shades to attack your apponent and give them a dammage debuff and of cours they do dammage 5: Harness magicka. ( dammage absorbing ability that also regenerates magicka per second and is increased by how many light armor pieces you are wearing ) 6: ULTIMATE. Devouring Swarm ( Vampire ability ) sends out bats that do dammage per second around you and heals you for all enemies hit. This build is a DPS self healing build and can tank in immergencies or if a real tank is not available.
