mb they work like +1 to skill lvl if "skill lvl < x ", where x depends on the max lvl of the zone, and would be nice if the books would have a min lvl to read, so u dont use em too early.... but i dont know how they work... i would ignore minmax and just play to have fun.

Can u use Fiery Grip/Teleport Strike on higher ground to teleport there or hook someone down? does it work in pvp(especially on keepwalls) and/or in pve ? are there other skills which can get u up or others down?
