1) Does anyone know for sure if there is going to be a way to officially start your own guild in TESO or if the only official guilds are the in game guilds? 2) If you can create your own are the members going to be restricted to your faction? 3) If not how would that affect playing with members of your guild from other factions? 4) Just as a general question, does anyone know if you will be able to play with members of the other factions in the case that you want to play a race in one faction and your friend wants to play a race of a different faction?
