Bethesda posted a quick update regarding ESO's beta invites via their official blog.
Exciting news for ESO fans. Later this month we will begin sending beta invites to folks that signed up for beta. To learn more about how the process will work, be sure to check out the FAQ available at ElderScrollsOnline.com.

It would appear as though the first wave of beta invitees will be receiving information on how to move forward in the coming weeks of March.
Those who haven't yet signed up but are interested in doing so can complete the process by filling out the form on the official ESO website.
